Where our energy comes from
Electricity
Every unit of electricity we sell is matched with Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs) from UK generators. About 40% comes through long-term contracts directly with generators, including Mendip Edge Solar (18 MW, Somerset) and the community-owned Cefn Uchaf wind project in Powys. The rest is wind and hydro power bought with its REGOs.

Our first disclosure period was part-year: we supplied homes from October 2025.
Gas
Our gas is ordinary natural gas from the GB network. We don’t sell “carbon neutral” gas: offsets don’t make burning gas clean, and we’d rather help you need less of it. If you’re thinking about a heat pump, start with our running-costs guide.
