What you get

• One login, every property. Each home keeps its own meter, tariff and bill, but you see them side by side and download one monthly statement (PDF or CSV) for your accountant.
• Bills-included lets. Keep the supply in your name and we’ll take readings at every check-in and check-out so you can recharge accurately.
• Tenant-paid lets. When a tenant moves in, they can take over the account in a few clicks; between tenancies the supply falls back to you automatically, at the same tariff, with no break.
• Smart meters fitted free in every home, booked around your tenants.
• Letting agents can be added as authorised contacts, with access only to the homes they manage.

Prices

Landlords pay the same published prices as everyone else, on any of our tariffs. Each home is priced for its own region and use.

Getting started

Switch your first home through our normal sign-up and choose “2 to 5” or “6 or more” homes. Our landlord team will call you to move the rest in one go. Or email r+brightwell-landlords@haggl.ai with a list of addresses and current suppliers.
