Refunds and credit balances

If your account is in credit you can ask for a refund at any time in your account or by calling us. We pay refunds to your bank within 10 working days. When you leave us, we send your final bill within six weeks and refund any credit within 10 working days of that.

Account credit from referrals or goodwill payments is applied to your energy charges and can’t be paid out as cash.
