Exit fees, renewals and leaving us

Brightwell Flexible and Sunshare Export have no exit fees. Fixed 12 and EV Nights have an exit fee of £40 per fuel if you leave before the end of the fix, except:

• in the last 49 days of your fix, when you can switch without paying it;
• when you move home (tell us and we’ll close or move your account);
• when your gas supply is permanently capped after a heat pump installation.

Renewals

Between 42 and 49 days before your fix ends we’ll email your renewal options and what you’d pay on each. If you don’t choose, you move to Brightwell Flexible, which has no exit fees.
